Long time, no see! Glad to be back and hopefully I'll have more photos to share this year! Browsing through some of your galleries all I can say is WOW! You people are just amazing behind the camera and with your inks. I'm proud to know so many wonderful artists and photographers!

The Trail of the Tiger opened this weekend. We have two Malayan Tiger brothers: Kadar and Tahan from the Cincinnati Zoo. They're both 2yrs old and still getting acclimated to their new digs - which includes a generous swimming area. We also have two Asiatic Black Bears known as Moon Bears, Thai and Chai as well as gibbons, orangutans, tapirs and other wonderful animals.

At the entrance to the Trail of the Tiger is a beautiful tiger statue built in memory of the Siberian Tiger sisters Shere and Shaka Khan. The two sisters died of cancer.  They were always well cared for and I know their passing was even harder for the keepers as it was for the rest of us.
